(April & May & September) Rate of $1,150 (U.S. Funds)

 

Prime Season -2024

(June & July & August) rate of $1,250.00 (U.S. Funds)

 

Rental Deposit $300/Cottage (US), Due upon booking, or to reserve for next season

 

Security Deposit required $425/Cottage (US) First time renter,

Due 4 weeks prior to rental, After inspection returned within 3 weeks

Rent Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. 

After inspection returned within 3 weeks.
