Cottages for Rent
There are 2 Cottages. Both Cottages are fully furnished for comfort & have:
- Air Conditioning/ Heat
- Hot water & Shower
- 3 Bedrooms (one has a bunk bed)
- Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking needs
- Bring your own food, bedding, & bathrooms needs
- Plenty of dock space for boats & water activities
- No more than four adults & 2 small children per cottage
- No Campers or camping permitted on grounds
- Gas grill available for outside grilling (renters supply their own propane)
- Fire Pits (renters supply their own firewood & are aware & honor any fire burning bands) Burn ONLY paper & wood in fire pits, NO TRASH or GLASS. Extinguish before leaving or retiring for the evening.
- Boat Launch available for small boats, ask for information
- Trash recycling containers along driveway
- Private driveway for easy access to cottage # 1 & 2
- Parking for both cottages is beside cabin #2
Cottage # 1
Cottage one is also known as the Point Cottage. It sits on the edge of Big Gull Lake nestled beside cottage #2. There is a very large deck/dock to accommodate lounging, & for larger watercraft mooring. The lake is deep along the edge of the deck/dock, which allows for swimming, & boating pleasure. Cottage #1 also has another dock for two more watercraft mooring. A small beach for children is located between cottages 1&2. There are Adirondack deck chairs on the cottages attached deck & also on the deck/dock for your lounging comfort. The cottage has hot water supplied for doing dishes, & a shower stall for bathing. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs for serving & preparing your food, which should be left as it was found. A coffee pot & microwave are also supplied, please clean after use. The kitchen has a small bar & is open to the dining & living room area. A closed in porch with a wonderful lake view for viewing spectacular sunsets or having a meal. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO HEAT OR AIR CONDITION PORCH AREA! There are two dining areas, one seating six the other four, both with a view of the lake. There is a television for your entertainment & viewing pleasure. This cottage has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have one double bed & the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed below & single above. No Pet’s are allowed in Cottage # 1 or Cottage # 2
Cottage # 2
This cottage is along the water of Big Gull Lake, beside cottage #1. When entering, you walk into a very large screened in porch, that is wonderful for entertaining or having a meal & watching the sunset over the lake. A Television/DVD Player is there for your viewing pleasure. The kitchen is open to the dining area, which seats six, & has a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs for serving & preparing your food, which should be left as it was found. The cottage has hot water supplied for doing dishes, & a shower stall for bathing. This cottage has a small protected (shaded) deck, with deck chairs for your comfort. There is also a large dock that accommodates two watercraft for secure mooring. There is a small private beach between cottages 1 & 2 for your children to enjoy.
This cottage has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have one double bed & the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed below & a single above. The large porch is great for entertaining & a great cabin to stay in if you have young kids. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO HEAT OR AIR CONDITION PORCH AREA! No Pet’s are allowed in Cottage # 1 or Cottage # 2
