      Take the 401 highway & exit onto  rt 38 North, to rt 7 west

Cottages are close to the town of Northbrook (about 20 min.) which has a variety of stores - Grocery, Liquor/Beer, Restaurants, Bank, Fuel, Hardware & Lumber Supply Store, Sporting Goods (Bait) & Propane,  General Store, Medical Center & Pharmacy, &  Local Fruit & Baking Stands

Arden is another town that offers local Artisans (about 10 min. away) that has several boutiques - pottery, batik, photography, paintings, jewelry, etc...
